Top Gear: Lotus Exige vs. Ford Mustang

lets hear it for compairing apples and potatos, they're both good, but the are different things. perhaps when they compair a couple cars within the same class

who compares a basically track ready elise to a factory stock mustang? a pro euro/anti-american tv show called top gear...now i like top gear but their biased comparisons are pathetic, ridiculous!!

because its top gear and they're ridiculously biased and rag on pretty much anything american...now i like top gear but their tests are WAY lopsided and biased...

The only US car that would come close to the Exige S on a track is a Z06. US cars are made to go straight (to the junkyard).

mustang is a crap just like the lotus.the americans and the british cant make great cars,just ask the germans BMW M3 PS I am not german

come on people, its all down to power to weight ratio here, there are plenty of us cars that would thrash it

i wish thay made a custom engine for the lotus just for that car it would have beeen so nice

no that is a fair race when the mustang has a 4.6 v8 and the lotus has a 1.8 16v

I would hardly call him jealous of the US. He's hated almost every car that's come from the states, and it's easy to see why. Our cars are bulky, ugly, uncomfortable, hard to drive, underpowered, over simplified pieces of absolute crap.
