I wasnt trying to call you out, just simply stating a fact. Your the one calling 315 and 355 chump wieght, basically saying if your not a chump you should be able to do aleast this much. Wheres your video of you not doing so called chump weight? Well anyways 315 and 355 is good and I do appreciate your service to our country. Also you have inspired me to intensify my work outs so I will be posting a video soon.

The origin for "Chump weight" at least for me came when I use to work out with my dad. He would say "Chump Weight!" as I pushed it up as if to say, "Even a chump can lift this". Its purpose was to be motivating. According to my dad I never lifted any weight that wasn't chump weight. Therefore, all weight is "chump weight". LOL I hope to see your video when you post it so let me know. I am sure it will be like 400lbs and my push here will really be "Chump weight!" ;o)

Just because the grip is dangerous, it does not necessarily classify it as the "wrong grip". If it works for him then more power to him. I, personally though, would not max out with that grip (even though that is not your max). To much concentration on picking up the weight instead of holding it. Keep it up Phill and hope the best for you in Iraq. Although I do not agree entirely agree with the war, thanks to people like you the world is that much better and safer to live in, thanks.
