this is a great video. i tend to 4get alot of this stuff. and i play football and as a football player we tend to force alot of weight on ourselves.

Great, thanks for the tip - I was always spreading my arms out too wide open when doing chest flies. But I have problems exhaling when contracting my muscles - and that is with any exercise I do. Any tips please? Is it a matter of getting use to it?
