http://www.myspace.com/DVLH Cartoons are evil...according to these guys at least. http://www.lukehadley.com DVLH This part focuses on the evil that is He-man toys. He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is an American animated television series produced by Filmation based on Mattel's successful toy line Masters of the Universe. It made its television debut in 1983 and ran until 1984, consisting of two seasons of 65 episodes each. Reruns continued to air in syndication until 1988, then moved to USA Network, where it aired from September 1989 to September 1990. The show, often referred to as simply He-Man, was one of the most popular animated children's shows of the 1980s and has retained a heavy following to this day. Skeletor is a fictional character in the Masters of the Universe franchise, where he is the arch-enemy and main antagonist of He-Man. Tagged "The Evil Lord of Destruction" he is the greatest threat to present day Eternia. He seeks to conquer Castle Grayskull so he can learn all of Eternia's ancient secrets, which would make him unstoppable, and enable him to conquer and rule all of Eternia. In the original minicomics, Skeletor is said to be an evil demon from the dimension of Infinita. In the later minicomics and Filmation series, Skeletor's origin is unknown, though a Mattel minicomic implies that he was once Keldor, the brother of King Randor. In the Mike Young Productions series, he is revealed to have once been a man named Keldor, though no familial connection to Randor is ever established. Snake Mountain is a location in the He-Man series, located on the fictional planet of Eternia. It is located on the Dark Hemisphere of Eternia and is home to the villainous, skull-faced Skeletor. It is later revealed to have once been home to the Snake Men. Its defining feature is its snake-like shape, hence the name. Many centuries ago, the Sword of the Ancients was thrust into a boulder of pure quartz, deep beneath Snake Mountain, and forgotten. According to the Sorceress, it is the most powerful weapon on Eternia , next to He-Man's Sword of Power.
During the invasion of Hordak & the Evil Horde, Snake Mountain was used as a Horde base. Eventually the Evil Horde was defeated by the Eternians. Skeletor, at the time was a member of the Horde and a pupil of Hordak, betrayed Hordak, forcing the Horde leader to flee Eternia and abandon Snake Mountain.
Skeletor would then take Snake Mountain and assemble a roster of evil warriors for his own evil purposes. Man-E-Faces is a fictional character in the Masters of the Universe franchise. He is a member of the Heroic Warriors, notable by his distinctive appearance, with his large, blue metal head on which his faces appear in its screen-like opening. His ability is to change his face from his regular human face to that of a robot and a monster. The purposes for which he uses his faces have varied throughout different media. Initially conceived as an actor cursed with a split personality, in the two cartoon series he uses his faces for the purpose of playing different roles as well as additional powers. She-Ra is a fictional character and the heroic female lead in the series of toys produced by Mattel called She-Ra: Princess of Power. She also appears in the tie-in cartoon of the same name, which was an attempt to make a version of the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe cartoon series that would appeal to young girls in the same way that He-Man appealed to boys. She-Ra is also the twin sister of He-Man.

Well, I don't wanna get technical, but this IS old fashioned(i.e. they are at a time where He-Man is relevant...the 80's?).
Yeah, I don't see this as a "Religious" thing. It's more a "Generation Gap" thing. Each Gen goes throught the same stuff. I hope our Gen learns from the mistakes...but not much hope, here. Gotta wonder what we'll bitch about, though.
or death note or bleach they would have a conniption fit over it
ya demonize the snake even more the snakes have suffered enough from mankinds superstitous fear
"She's a very ... volumptuous looking thing."
yeah, yoga is evil, and while HeMan is the Master of the Universe, Skeletor is the Master of Flexibility
I don´t think you understood what I meant. Were you talking about what I had just written? Or about them and their nonsense talking? Anyway what I tried to say was that these cartoon and toys were NOT evil!!! OK?
"When I was growing up, I watched cartoons like bugs bunny." Hmmm...you mean you didn't watch the superman, spiderman, birdman, young sampsom, the herculoids or any other cartoons where superpowers or supernatural abilities were involved? People like himseem to forget that.Children also know the difference between the religion that they (their family) practices and fantasy; kids aren't stupid. "ethhhhhernia" was just a fun place for a kid's imagination.
And remember, Bugs Bunny used to have racist messages and propoganda in it too. I'm a Christian and I think that they're reading too much into these cartoons. It's just a cartoon not some mind control device!
Great pointabout Bugs Bunny! I had forgotten about the undertones in Bugs Bunny! People like this guy are the reason that kids don't have good cartoons nowadays. The watch dog types were annoying back then, were rampant in the 90's and have sterilized the fun out of cartoons nowadays!
