Great cautionary song from the second lineup of the Short Circus: Allison (Denise Nickerson, who played gum chewing Violet in Willy Wonka), Julie (June Angela), Zachary (Douglas Grant), Buddy (Stephen Gustafson), and Kathy (Melanie Henderson). A lot of people think this would have made a much better public service announcement than those lame "Mr. Yuk" spots.

Why is Buddy (Stephen G.) singing in this video when he is supposed to be playing the drum part as he does in the theme music on the opening number? Also who is the girl who played Violet Beauragarde in Willy Wonka who is in this lineup of Short Circus is she the one on stage right who almost bumps into another cast member?

How come did Julie (June Angela) survive the Short Circus lineup changes and remain until program 130B where she took place in "That's All" ?
She was the best dancer, best singer and practically the leader through the whole run.
Poison makes you die but being on the cast of the electric company makes you mysteriously dissapear, both displayed by this song.
