Well yes, it looks like that Camaro Concept we saw more than two and a half years ago at the 2006 Detroit Auto Show. And it looks exactly as you knew it would from two years of spy shots of the car under development. And it will look exactly like this when it goes on sale in March of next year. You expected what? That it would look like a Corsica or a Mark VIII? Enthusiasts would no more forgive Chevrolet for watering down the stunning 2006 Camaro concept than they would forgive General Motors if it decided a year from now to cancel the Volt program. The concept, with its steely, all-business color, dark-tinted glass, pavement-skimming raked stance and fang-shaped side mirrors, looked like a 1969 Camaro designed by the Lockheed Skunk Works. Of course, the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro production-specification cars pictured here — V6 models with 20-inch wheels that come as part of the RS trim package — don't get the slammed stance, chopped roof and black windows of the concept. Nor do they have the 22-inch rear and 21-inch front wheels of the concept. The V8 model of the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro — called the SS — won't have that showcar ornamentation either. Chevy is holding back on revealing the SS for reasons that make sense only within the confines of GM's headquarters at the Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit, even though it looks very nearly identical to the V6 model with the RS package. (In case you were wondering, the SS will have the concept car's little mail-slot opening on the top of the front fascia. This particular aperture has no historical precedent in the world of Camaro and owes more to the Corvette Z06 or the Mini Cooper S.) But we're still happy.

RS Package FTW!!! the front looks soooo badass as if it was a demon just by lookin at the headlights. the non rs looks jus shitty oh and btw those roads are soo small lol. be careful in that sweet ass ride. im gettin a v6 myself that looks jus like this one here but im gettin a sunroof and i have to get this thing for the engine since i live in a cold state where it gets -10. its called the engine block heater. i will post vids as soon as i get it if my recorder ever decides to work....

Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one but I bought the Camaro because I liked it better than the Mustang or Challenger. I bet most of the people who bash the Camaro, Mustang, or Challenger have never even drove one and if you buy a car just 'cause it looks good then you didn't do your homework. All I can say is I no longer miss my '66 Goat or 70 Camaro. As far as speed goes, it does have a limiter on it but who wants to go 165 anyway? Not me.

Theres the v6 and v8. v6: 6 speed manual or auto. Many different styles and choices of packages. 17/29mpg. 304hp. Top speed of just over 145mph. v8: 6 speed manual or auto also, styles and packages. and thats about 16/24mpg. 426hp and top speed of 165ish.

i dont like to bad mouth unless yur asking for it but the camaro looks nothing like the 1969 camaro. the challenger and mustang have a way better look and really good powertrains. everytime you read a magazine where the compare the mustang challenger and camaro they always compare ss with rt not srt8

Take two headlights out of the new Challenger and it looks more like a 69 Camaro than this thing. Why don't assholes with big wallets just buy a retored 69 with modern goodies? ANSWER: Because they still have to get someone else ( like a real mechanic) to tune it. American muscle car tradition has gotten warped. oh well...to each his own . The new Camaro looks like the love child of some Tokyo corvette and a giant jellybean. CAMAROZILLA

There's plenty of V4 bikes tho, Ratmouth66. From the top of my head : Honda Magna, Honda VF750C, Honda VFR400, 750 and 800, Honda ST1100 Pan European, Honda RVF750, Honda NR750, Yamaha V-max ... So there's plenty to choose from, both in terms of crotch rockets and cruisers.
