Box Turtles and Milk Snake

i live in colorado too and i have field herped everwhere well not everywhere but a lot of places and hav enever found a milk snake

we've found a few in various places in Colorado. spring in Colorado is a good time to find them.

you know i just paid $200.00 for a milk snake like that and you have to do to get one is flip a few logs lucky you

nice skink, the box turtle is not an eastern, so you must live in the midwest or west. LOL I seriously doubt you found it on the RR track.

It's an Ornate Box; we're out in Colorado. Yep, we find the box turtles on the tracks all the time. It's wild, they climb up rocks to bask on the RR ties. No lie. I'll do more vids this spring/summer out on those tracks.

We find a lot of them out in eastern Colorado, definitely fun to watch them truck around, they're like little tanks.

Hey nice finds! We definately should get together sometime... maybe in the spring.
