Killer Whale Watching off Vancouver - Ruffles & J Pod

This is J-pod. Ruffles is the 58 year old male orca with the tallest dorsal fin. It actually is curvy, hence the name "Ruffles." His mother is "Granny," the matriarch of J-pod. These orcas stay with their mother their whole life, not with a female they mate with. They live in San Juan Island area for the summer. You can see them from the lighthouse on San Juan Island or go out on whale watching boats. It's thrilling.

Everybody knows that Everybody trys and act so smart that they know his name but I learned that a way long time ago. A 5 year old could /guess/ his name.
