wow, look at the thumbs downs I've gotten for my lil' rant. I feel the need to educate all who booed me for my comment bcuz you weren't there at the moment I was debating with fellow YouTuber solsaviour many moons ago. For all the hecklers out there, reply back and/or private message me and I will gladly clarify my rebuttal bcuz you guys shot the WRONG GUY DOWN. Plus, furthur pontification from my end would require days of Legion education. The gauntlet's thrown on all y'all who oppose.

I know. Second time, this one. But do not fret. There are still two different versions of KK wandering around in the DC Multiverse. Btw, bcuz of the obvious ire of the crowd here, I won't post furthur comments here. As my other text mentioned seconds ago, I will be accepting private messages. It is my duty as a comic book geek to diffuse said situation and wash the unwashed masses. Thus, my business is done here in terms of this video. Bring it!

I know what you mean. In the comics Karate Kid was originally Caucasian though. It was changed for the cartoon.

Actually, there was a time when KK actually *was* Asian in the comics- right after Bruce Lee died, they retroactively made him Asian to honor Lee. I don't think that version made it out of the 70's, though.

Right - I think you're right. I seem to recall the original KK was biracial (his mom was Japanese, I think). The current version in the comics is also Asian.
