When they said that those things were real, what they meant was that the names of the demos and the legends were not created for the show. All those legends are real and date from many years Before Christ. Actually Lilith is a real demon, and you can find this in the Bible (Book of Isaiah) or Wikipedia. Actually when you get to know all the stories the show seems even more interesting and scarier. Watch out! they can be anywhere! (kidding)

Yeah Lilith is actually the name of the Queen of the demons. I think it's really cool that they go off of actual legends and stuff like that...it makes the show that much better and amazing =)
