Johnny was a classy guy, a great entertainer. What the hell does smoking have to do with him being a man? Most men, and women for that metter who smoked as long as he did are dead, Cigarettes killed him. Hello?!

Oh, too true. And Carson put the whipped cream down Reynolds' shirt, in order to leave the cream down the pants bit for himself - knowing that that would cap the bit perfectly for the audience. Such pros!
