BMW M6 is quite ugly and 911 is one of the best looking cars.

not that surprising. M6 is a 4000+ lb grand tourer AND it's naturally aspirated. The Porsche has the M6 in every aspect.. power to weight ratio, acceleration, handling. The P-car has an amazing powerband too. The acceleration is almost linear from 0-100. Both cars are incredibly nice though.

so the camera man didn't have to turn backward during the race

well the porsche could've been on the other side...

with a standing start the Porsche would have been even further in front of the M6.Anyway, both are nice cars, the M6 for long distance travelling, and the Turbo for the sunday ride ;) .......
