fiat lancia y10 commercial (directed by michel gondry)

Video Title : fiat lancia y10 commercial (directed by michel gondry)
Description : Here Gondry creates scenes of photograph-ads for Fiat, then transitions from one scene to the next. The first beach scene becomes a billboard in the second scene, which becomes a bus billboard in the third, then a photograph, then a newspaper ad, finally a postcard. Each scene was carefully choreographed, with lots of activities occurring in each. And as per Gondry's style, there is some interaction between scenes. For example, a kid in the bus billboard throws a snowball outside of his picture, which splats on a pedestrian's back. Or this: A woman blows on a Fiat postcard, causing pigeons to fly from postcard to postcard.

I think that the idea behind this commpercial is taken from "Il sorpasso" film directed by Dino Risi with Vittorio Gassman and Jean-Louis Trintignant (1962) There is a moment where a man is eating and drinking on the rear of truck why is moving on the highway. In english the film is translated as The easy life
What a dumb thing to say...nobody currrs. I care. It is cool to be able to show this to people here!

I was in this advert. THey came to my drama school in Edinburgh looking for the most Scottish people that they could find and picked the two Irish people in the class! I think it won awards in the continent though! Cool. Thanks You Tube for putting this one on.
