It first appeared in the year 2000, when Nokia was sponsoring Shakira's Latin America tour, "The Power of the Human Voice" ("El Poder De La Voz Humana"). The commercial expresses the Nokia promise of "Connecting People" by showing Shakira connecting with her fans at a concert, even though she's stuck in traffic.
