I think Victoria Beckam as a person is OK! However, as a designer she is AMAZING!! i love her style and the clothes she wears.

Also, thinking about the comments from a few of you about how everyone can be a "fashion designer" cause of money...as an aspiring fashion designer yes, i get angry people get a break in the industry cause of connections, but thinking about her as a spice girl from way back, she was always a representation of her name "posh", and it showed that she always loved it. If i had the money and connections i'd take advantage of them too and do something i loved.fashion is totally a matter of opinion.

who cares what she looks like, im the last person to speak for anyone being that skinny, as i dont support it either but her eating choices dont reflect her designs (unless they are all for very very skinny people) but the designs themselves are actually not bad at all..i was expecting something awful and it turned out to not be half bad! Like that white dress they first show is so very hot. Forget about the designer...its about what they created..not their lifestyle choices

Bullshitters like VB and Katie Price etc can call themselves fashion designers and authors because they are allowed to get away with it. They have PR people, spinmeisters and money to influence the right people. Out there in the real world if someone called themselves a welder, electrician, plumber etc without any qualifications they'd get sacked or prosecuted. If she was a stdent from London it would have taken her years to even get a line in a shop. She gives clothes 2 all her famous friends then they av dinner at Eva restaurnt. Both of them get publicity. She cant sing.cant.act.cant present, no aurthor. That is why she loves LA all of those girls r the same jack of all trades,master of none.

@deely66 Spot on! I've just done a Wikipedia search on Alexander McQueen. A genuine master craftsman! A 100% fully qualified expert who started at the very bottom i.e. served a genuine tailor apprenticeship in the 9 to 5 world making clothes and then went on to become a college educated master designer. And Mrs Beckham? ZERO! Fuck all! 100% bullshit! An insult to the genuinely qualified REAL fashion designers who worked hard and made real sacrifices to learn real skills. VB = IMPOSTER/FRAUD!

When she started wearing Roland Mouret, she put his dresses on the map,i read in a few weeklys that she was collaborating with him to bring out a line. She's a pro-anorexic role model spoilt housewife, real designers go to fashion college, her credentials?comparing her to Ungaro n Mouret wud be a bit far fetched. her line when released here in Dubai was ill fitting and shoddy, longer hemlines flatter but as Herve Legers dresses the material is important. R.I.P Alexander McQueen a real designer.

@deely66 Um, it does not look good on just stick thin girls, Jennifer Hudson wore one of her dresses to the Grammys this year, and looked amazing, and she's not necessarily a size 2. And what parts of Dolce Gabbana is she copying? The corset? So many people do that so it doesn't even matter. And I can see how her designs are similar to Mouret's, been those designs have always been compared to vintage Ungaro and early Marc Jacobs.
