Arabs invaded en masse after 600AD, Long time after the end of pharonic ancient Egypt. African countries which are muslim and speak Arabic call themselves Arab or that they are the Arab world. Does this mean African countries who speak French or English should call themselves 'Latin' because they use Latin text??? Should the English speaking Africans call them selves Anglo Saxon because they speak a Anglo Saxon Language? It would be the same comparison.
