This feels like more of an 80s commercial than a 70s commercial :P.

I believe this is the most iconic Aussie coke ad ever made. It's the only one I remember from the 70's.

What's really interesting (alarming?) about this is the 29 years on, men's hairstyles have pretty much come full circle.

Looking at it years on makes you realize how uncomfortable that thing looks. Those kids must have been dying of heat exhaustion in that thing... how did they not suffocate?
