Bald Eagle Fight

I wonder if he really tried to drown him or if it just happened in the fight. Strange

how grusome...to think that that eagle was intelligent enough to attempt to DROWN his enemy...pretty creepy

What happened next? Did somebody take care of that injured one`?

The bird wandered off after about an hour or so, before Fish and Game showed up. I'd like to assume it lived.

Eagles fight Ospreys for food around the lakes near my moms place. Crazy, crazy sight.

Amazing! I've seen tons of eagles but I've never seen them doing anything like that. The ones I've encountered are extremely skittish around humans. Were they both injured or was the other one just too pissed to fly away?

They are so common place in Dutch Harbor, that they don't really fear humans too much... You can walk within 5 to 10 feet of them before they fly away.
