How to Play Women's Lacrosse : How to Scoop in Women's Lacrosse

I wish there was someone like this coach to teach my daughters HS team in NJ. She is so far behind in skills because the coaches teach them plays. The team is 3 years old and they dont even know all the rules. I have to send my daughter to a summer camp to learn skills.

you should also make sure that you pick up the ball in 3 seconds or less. so instead of saying darn i missed it just go for it right away

The getting down low is REALLY important. In practice my coaches always yell "Butts down, girls!" It makes scooping soo much easier, so make sure to do that :)
