Actually the Bear bomber flew over one of the American carriers unnoticed. I mean like it was not detected until it flew 50 meters above the carrier. This means that if it were a real combat situation, that carrier would've been sunk half an hour before the plane flew over the carrier. And Russia has weapons too that no one knows about, one of the weapons I found was a plasma weapon station, and still I couldn't find much about it. The station emits plasma which work like EMP.

The F-22 whould've been a nice test plane but its not a good combat plane(not very agile) to the F-14D and F-15 also it cost too much and i know that some say its not but it really is alot of money

It has some stealth charicteristics, but it isnt a true stealth.

TBH anyone can build a plane which can outmaneuver any recent planes even this one, but the main thing is - they have to account for human G-force supportability and not the metal supportability.
