forgot to add did you make a plastic funnel for the ducted fan?

I am useing the HET 2W-20 2980kv motor with a HET 6904 fan on 4S1P battery (14.8V).In this video the exhaust is stock.I have since changed it and I will see if there is a difference

WTF why can mine fly like that and im using brushless. in only flew once and like only 10 feet from the ground. Can you give me precise stats? like the kv of motor? and other stuff
