The best actor would have been the guy that does his voice for the videogame, he even looks like him; check imdb, without the voice, it isn't hitman. The film release was shite for two reasons, Hitman's reason for killing isn't good natured, it's for cash... so this crap about- to rid the world of evil and having a love interset doesn't fit in with the original idea in any way, dunno how Xavier Gens got permission to make what he did, this video is infinately better...

Hitman the movie was not a high budget movie...its was made on a hurry because they were not decided for the actors..finally they decided to put timothy oliphant as first actor..initially they wanted to put vin diesel but he asked for more money...so they put a newcomer..that was good enough..the movie was good even with the janitor...its hitman..who cares?the best actor would be jason statham..but..again with money...eidos didnt suport the movie..so its not a high budget
