SGML, XML and HTML Part 2

Absolutely the best introduction I have ever had to these web technologies.

I just have 1 quick question: I know a bit about HTML myself, and this is a great video. very interesting, and very "maverick" in the good way. but, to know all this, where you ever in the army sometime 1980-1990? because you explained something about "the web before 1990", and i was curious how you would know that. thats all, thanks!
