compared to DE, IW was indeed lacking, however, seperating DEIW From DEs shadow shows IW in a great light, long story short, compared to DE, IW was a failure, compared to general games, IW was great.

That theater was empty and kind of reminded me of MST3K, where the lone audience members would make fun of the rubbish they had to endure.

IW was ok by conventional standards but compared to what it could have been based on the original it fails utterly.

IW is terrible by the standard of Deus Ex, but great by any other standard. Too bad I can't play for more than an hour without it overheating my laptop (And no way to turn down the graphic detail, bleh

I loved DX2. even though it had its share of problems it's still a very unique game. theres a lot of good games that lacks that AAA-polish but are very rewarding when you get past the initial impression.

I don't think DX: IW is quite as bad as they make it sound. That said, it does miss some of the things that made the first game so great. Hopefully DX 3 will be a return to form.
