Fuel actually has to be higher with negative load or the wings would snap. hence the retrofit in 84(A to B model)

huh? why would you put more fuel for low loads, fuel is stored in the wings also. so less fuel should mean less stress on the wings, not that filled wing matters that much either. I bet this demo they have their fuel tanks at only 10% capacity.
