Most people seem to labor under the illusion that FDR and Churchill shared all of the same goals towards WWII. In truth, FDR sought to end British imperialism, but entered into truce with England only because they had a far greater common enemy in Nazi Germany.

You joined WW2 because you got attacked by Japan. Please explain to me how that is Britain coercing the USA? I'm fully aware that America doesn't give a shit about anyone else as you are a morrally bankrupt nation. I agree that Britain has not been a significant power for many decades, there are a lot of delusional people in our country who cling to our history. I am not one of them. My facts are straight. It isn't just being funded by the US, there is also help from the Uk for funding. And yes, it is being primarily built by Lockheed Martin, but a company called BAE Systems is also giving them major help, which is a British company. Because like I said, we have the best engineers which is why you probably wanted to get help from us. So yea, your really getting no help at all from the uk then aren't you?
