how far do you move the cars

For this video I moved the cars 1/4" per picture and ran 30 pictures per second for a total of 116 pictures. My other video I moved the cars 1/2" per picture and ran 10 pictures per second for a total of 250 pictures.

IVE GOT THIS FIGURED OUT!!! HAHA Move the cars very slowly and then go on windows movie maker and speed up the animation!!! it works!! - well I have to fix my camera and see first tho...so im not exactly sure..

how did you make that so smooth??? I want to do that
