I've been trying to figure out a good routine for the gym with body building etc and I hear it's not good to use the same stuff every week but to vary it, but it seems quite difficult to know what to do?
I actually have a question about the butt lol!
now what would be the best exercise to lift and tone my butt and also give a great arch at my lower back and butt?
Avoid exercises that develop the serratus and/or obliques too much, as they thicken the lower and mid back. Common and tragic mistake for those looking for an aesthetic (i.e. sexy) development.
i do about 800-900 counts a day !!! for my abs with a routine of my own..with menimum fats around my abs but i want to ask about smthng is it prefered to train daily or wht ??
800 is too much and daily is too often.
If you are working at the correct intensity, you should only be able to do 15 at the max and only once or twice per week. This exercise is obviously too easy for you. :-)

You are probably too conditioned to feel this level of intensity. Please watch "Lower Abs #4 & 5" on my channel. That should do the trick. :-)
