It's a POS product. Get hour glass freeze screen after battery dies. Battery get drain even if unit is not on. When not in used-need to remove battery. RMA the unit from tigerdirect and received two. Both replacement same exact thing. Will never buys anything label ULTRA!!!

Yeah I have the same problem, get that damn hour glass after the battery dying. Anyone know how to fix/reset the damn thing. I used mine for months with out issues, it was good while it was working.

Frequently has software crashes, and has bad navigation other then that a pretty good player.

I agree. When the battery goes low. The whole device software bugs out and doesn't let you access the device. Stupid hourglass shows up. Tiger direct won't help. Ultra says it's over warranty. Pissed off.

Can't go jogging or biking with it. Any minor shock turns the device off. Don't but Ultra.

that would be soooo nice :P but even if the Mp3 player could do that, I don't think the headset wouldn't work underwater.
