Politicians rules the country with a love for an political idealogy in there mind. But Monarchs rules the country with a love for the people in mind!

English people must be a kind of wierd creature so that they enjoy such "meaningless" royal episode happening in their everyday lives. What a stupid thing that I don't even want to take a look for one second.

Actually America is not technically a democracy it is a representative republic...a democracy is run by the people a representative republic is run by elected leaders who represent the populace...

I'm a Canadian and I support the Queen completely. I"m glad we have her; she's a marvellous person who does her job perfectly. I hope she lives for many years to come!

I agree with you completely. In fact, the only reason I don't think we should be over there now is because we will NEED to be over there to fight IRAN. My real support for us in Iraq is because we put Saddam in power & owed it to the Iraqis to get rid of him.

I might remind you that Lend/Lease was paid and the USA became rich through it . Further ,it was the americans who waited until Britain was on her knees fighting the nazis and a condition of post-war loans was that Britain gave up her empire .
