I think VW is off on the decission not to bring it to North America. I purchased a new GTI for my wife and I would love to buy the Scirocco for myself. The scirocco was my first VW (78) and I would love the chance to own one again. Because of the lack of choice I'm thinking about going back to Audi for my new car.. Sorry VW! (GTI is awesome BTW, just don't want 2 of them)

I know a lot of people that understands more about cars than my see this videos, and that's why I'm asking this question. I'm buying a new car, and here in Portugal the Mini Cooper S full extras and the Scirocco 200 hp will be close in their price . I know they do the same 0-100km/h (0-62mph), but are they equally fun to drive? Can the Scirocco 200 hp match the Cooper S? I would appreciate if people answer me as a "reply" so I know I've been answered. Thank you a lot!

I'd much rather have this car than that golf/rabbit caca. This says sexy fun money and the gti says fat hippy clown car. Americans tend not to like hatches but this one could be that other hot hatch to choose from other than the Mini. Hopfully when Ford introduces its Capri. Hopfully it will look just as good and have 4 wheel drive to give it a more rear wheel drive feel. Hopfully it will be introduced here in America.
