The knight is traded off because it is in a position to get kicked pretty easily.

you need to learn to play for both sides. Kasparov said that when someone plays he/she is also trying to play their opponents' move

jrobi i hav a huge problem in siscilian defence after e4,c5,nf3,nc6,Bb5!?
