I saw David Kreizman's name under production coordinator. He's GL's current headwriter. Hate to say it, but he's a complete hackwriter.

Yes, they did have a nice group of minority contract actors, so unlike GL of today.

Great clip. This version of "Hold On to Love" aired for less than two months, in June and July 1996. Do you have any closing credits from late 1996/early 1997? I've never heard the closing version of the theme that aired during those months.

Guiding Light is NOT worth watching anymore. Bring back the history and the core families.

I don't know which I miss more--that theme music, or "The CBS Evening News with Dan Rather."
