The Fourth Amendment is pretty much gone, Habeus Corpus is barely hanging on, torture is routinely used on suspected A.Q. members, (Torture that, when used by the Japanese in WWII got some Japanese soldiers & officers hanged as war criminals) Just because Rush & Bill O'Reilly say it's not torture, doesn't make it true. On jobs, mccain wants to give more tax breaks to small businesses so they can stay open. wants to give more money to businesses and company owners, so they can afford to employ their workers. and most importantly, wants to lover the corporate tax by 10% to provide incentives for companies to stay in the u.s. obama helf one job at a business, and once again didnt seem to make an impact on his plans, nor give him any good ideas.

For the 3 main causes of this crisis: oil,interest rates, and job loses, McCain knows more. on interest rates, mccain served for years as the chairman of the commerce committee. on oil, it is clear mccain has new plans to stop sending money overseas, to lower the tax, and to invest in alternatives while obama is using a FAILED STRATEGY from decades ago

Health Care for kids sounds good: if it isnt coming from massive tax hikes. At least McCain voted on issues, Obama ussually only voted present, and actually rarely took a stand on the issues. Yes, the Iraq war is failing, but that can be stopped (as it is doing so) if we stay there; if we leave, it WILL fail. There should be a flat tax, no tax hikes or cuts, that is the fair solution. Um, when you raise taxes, corps leave; I live in IL trust me, taxes go up every day, as does job loss.

John McCain has voted WITH the George Bush position on legislation 95% of the time. Essentially, there is no difference between the two. Both are all rah-rah for the failed war in Iraq, both think the economy is just peachy keen, but it could use more permanent tax cuts for the super rich & for the American corporations that have their corporate headquarters outside the US so they can pay even less in US taxes.
