The first half of the clip is indeed from the Phantom Menace. From the point where the Babylon 5 and Starfleet ships come out of hyperspace and warp, respectively, the music changes. However, I was indeed mistaken as to its original source. It was not, in fact, the theme for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. It was in actuality the "Olympic Fanfare" composed by John Williams for the 1984 Olympic games, and remixed for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. (Is it just me, or does YouTube eat replies to replies?)
