anyone know the record length for a coastal carpet python?

Pretty sure it's about 16ft you know, But then again I might be wrong. Beautiful python by the way, he has really different eyes!

Guess I won't be tellin the wife dat! he is a great lookin python, thanks. He handles extremely well too. before shedding, after eating, no problems picking him up.

i dont think it is 16ft. it is extreamly rare for any carpet python(coastals included) to reach a maximum of 10ft. 16 just sounds way too big. Although the max for a retic python is said to be about 33ft. there is 1 in indonesia that is 49ft. so it might be true

17ft is the record from like 1979. But that's very uncommon. 3 - 4 metres is the upper limit.
