In my opinion he was a good leader and many people have said so, fromt he labout party as well. Domestic policy I liked (rel. low taxes, ind freedom, freedom of speech, self reliance instead of state interference in everything, australian pride), liberating the iraque people from a cruel dictator for oil and geo political interests I'm not so sure about but I think he is good or at least less bad than the rest.
