i think he can lift 75-80 tons he can hold his own against hulk but hulk will win i think his defence is better then hulk at first because he's mad out of a really tough stone

The Thing is 8ft 1inish and Hulk is 9ftish

The Thing can beat Hulk its just that the Thing's rude comments gave Hulk the extra boost of strength. Maybe The Thing can whopp Hulk's ass is he didn't say all those comments.

correct me if im wrong but in the lab when the Thing says "say goodnight jolly" and then he is smart and punches the hulk he whispers mostly to himself "ow"
