hey fat cats guess what.. john retart key voted for the anti smacking law

Yes, well Clark is just an intellectually dishonest sloganeering radical. She claims "choice" alone justifies abortion. Yet it does not justify the following:
-school choice
-spending choice (lower taxes)
-smacking choice
-food choice
-smoking choice
-hospital choice
-private property rights
Helen Clark is emphatically ANTI-CHOICE. "Choice", for a leftwing feminist like her, is a lie used as a poor attempt to try to justify abortion.

The title to this clip says it all, just another rant from another ill-informed non-entity.
|
Yep. As usual the people who don't like Helen all sound really thick.
|
nice to see Helen talking on the steps about smacking then Mallard comes into the view of the camera , ???
|
They said there would be no frivolous prosecutions of parents for light smacking. This has turned out to be exactly what is happening. Many people have been charged for barely touching their children. Sue Bradford is a stupid communist

helen (harry) you are the only one is pathetic

Nowhere in New Zealand's Bill of Rights does it grant people the right to hit our children. Labour is New Zealand's largest liberal party - please stop confusing them with the authoritative and controlling National party.
|
I think you're confusing personal responsibility with control freakery. No wonder you see parents as such because you don't appreciate the benefits of correction to children, which are meant to instill responsibility for one's actions. This is actually empowering to the correctee - not limiting (except to a spoiled brat). Hiding reality from people only turns them into the worst of Labour's base: government-dependents, i.e. spoiled brats.

I doubt that you ever read the Bill. I think its a fair call to presume that your basis of knowledge on Parliaments Bill was founded by word-of-mouth from others who didn't have a fricken clue.
When this country was formed it was legal to beat your animals, wife, slaves, and children - in 2007 all but child hitting had been banned.
This Act does not stop parents from light smacking, but it stops abusers standing before a court from using discipline as a defence. A MUCH NEEDED ACT!
