I'm 9 but i'm too fat... should I get this to lose fat? I already don't eat because i think i'm fat and when i do eat, i try to throw up. what should i do?

Is trademill better then gazelle sprintmaster?

I'm not a trainer, so I can only tell you that I've used and enjoyed both. The Gazelle provides very low impact exercise since you're swinging your feet back and forth and not stepping - and it's quite honestly fun. However, it's hard to read a book on one - but you can do so while walking on a treadmill which can also be low impact if you're walking. It's truly preference. Pick one that sounds fun so you'll be more likely to keep doing it. HSN Shopping Diva
