the part were he says muscle is gained by lifting and not eating isn't correct, your diet is your main source of growth,i know because i wasted lots of time last year eating like shit and working out hard, I am on a good diet now and gaining size like mad, this guy is correct about pretty much everything, but he IS wrong about that
yeah but if u eat and eat and eat and do no weights r u gona grow muscle???? no. building muscle is the function of lifting he isnt sayin eating is not important he is just sayin that lifting is the tool which starts growth. maybe u just interpreted it wrongly, diet is vital but if everyone just ate well and grew muscle then we cud sit on our asses lol
