hey, yeah I have alright genetics, but before I starting training I was very tall and skinny. My body type doesn't store too much bodyfat but i'm not a hardgainer either, its a pretty good medium.

Good work, your looking great! What's your bodyfat?

In this video i'm not sure but i'm guessing around 10% - I'm up to 117kgs now and probably up at about 13-15%

Wow, that's a good gain :) Are you using any supplements? Whey, cassein etc.

hey, yeah I'm using a fair few. WPI, Creatine, Glutamine, BCAA's and some nitric oxide powder.

I weigh about 56kgs and am 180cms. I have serious work to do!
