Celtic Woman - Over the rainbow

I know who Anna Netrebko is but if we're talking technique, as you say, they both have two different styles. Thus, MUST! use two different techniques to sing, though the foundation should be the same! Doesn't mean their technique is wrong by any means, actuallyy it's great! Anna sings Opera and their singing pop and old Irish, English tunes. Then maybe if we would hear Anna try to sing in English it'll probably sound horrible. Regardless of her beautiful tone, according to your argument.

WhoM are you comparing with? Check out an opera singer like Anna Netrebko or some opera trio - whatever. Technically, they suck and their language messes it up completely. Don't get me wrong: I'm arguing from a completely technical point of view. Wearing some bridal dresses, looking like sunday school model pupils and singing like feeble girls doesn't make me appreciate the songs any more. It's nice, yes, but ey, have you heard that English child in TV singing?

Ha ha shows how much you know! Accents? Really? who are you kidding? Who cares they sound beautifull and melodic and can actually harmonize. Unlike other "singers" who generally scream!!

To be honest, I think they totally suck. They're panting air like shit and sing with American accents that generally aren't fit for singing such songs.

Its as enjoyable to watch these beautiful women as it is to hear their angelic voices.
