This Patrician is not a 400 because a 400 has 2 doors. This car is build in 55 but it is a 56 model (little wings on the front-lights). The first owner was the importer of Packhard in the Netherlands. He had a driver. The car has a original Dutch registration!) In front of the backseat is a red cord.
