I am sure you are aware snakes have the abilty to "unhinge" thier jaws, I was talking to this reptile shop guy and he was saying some people feed thier adult pythons pinky mice only! (which stunted it's growth)

OMG...of course.....ty ...that had me stumped..lol....we feed him mostly love..only f/t when he needs wormer or we want to give him some reptile vitamins or meds..much kinder injecting a dead rat..than a live..lol and i agree with haevan ...much better to have live for there natural hunting instinct ..pythons are a joy to own and are wonderful hunters..all our other vids of Stealth..you will se him eating live..watch how much he prefers live...thanks for your great comments..ty

Hi, I've read that its better to give them frozen thawed? for their safety or something. I dont really know much about pythons, but I'm thinking of getting one so I'm interested to know why live would be better?

live is better has more protein works there insticts and more natural

I think feeding live is the way to go it seems to keep thier natural instincts intact plus its great to watch and afterall live is the freshest food for them we only give f/t when we need to worm or give him reptile booster but really it comes down to personal choice we breed rats and mice for our reptiles fresh is best naturally:}as long as your rats ars healthy,worm and disease free its all good fresh is best naturally! oh get one they are great pets facinating to watch!
