But the one in question here isnt Frodo but his older brother Freud who is dealing with young opponents after Frodo took the leadership and alpha male status

Yes indeed, Frodo is the one that killed and devoured a human child, the reason park let him free is that the people who were attacked ,and lost that a year and something old child to him, broke the rules of park which says you are forbiden to visit the park with such small child

Isn't Frodo the bastard that killed, disemboweled, and ate part of the head of a human child and the park just sort of let him get off scot free?
