Agreed. In every FF game, they always have a super plot twist that makes you wonder what the hell is going on. Plus, they always have a love interest somewhere. Also, getting from place to place was just that. You never had to go around or go somewhere else first, just go from point A to point B. FF7-X got it right. Those were my personal favorites.
