Unbranding a Nokia 5300 from Rogers

i did this like a year ago it worked perfectly!!

I can get mp3 ringtones but like the music player is still the ugly rogers one... does anyone know why? :(

Hey man thanks for the thing now i can put mp3 for ringtone:) Kool Guuys for me the problem with tthe scan thing was that i was cgarging my cell phone And when i took out the charger the scan thing it worked:)

Hey, I did this yesterday, and I was just wondering, if I followed all the steps the same, but now changed the 3 to a 4, would i then get a Rogers locked phone. And if I was able to do that, would my warrenty still be void?

Theres a new version so now works everywhere even on vista
