Description :	I put together this video for the City of Commercials contest at http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showflat.php?Number=10221919 This was a failed idea from the start, Recluse's voiceover doesn't really work as the only sound element, the transitions between clips don't really work and the lack of text doesn't help. I'm still uploading it because at least this way I can put it behind me and try to come up with something better.

....I like it. Since I love listening to the recordings in Grandville, using the Recluse voice over gave this video a very haunting quality. My only gripe is that the CoV title isn't bigger. I really really like this. It's really good.
