Dark Shadows Revival - Adrian Paul

Adrian Paul was an adorable Jeremiah; I so wanted for him to play Quentin. Yes, Jeremiah's a Collins, all right. Jeremiah's reaction to Joshua's insistence that he marry Millicent is classic. Barbara Blackburn's take on Millicent seemed a little more "modern" to me than Nancy Barrett's. Did they really say "pot holes" back then? Is that what such road hazards were called? Interesting if so. I enjoyed the injection of humor via the arrival of Millicent; nice to see Barnabas in a lighter mood.

I really loved the remake as much as the original. I used to RUN home from school to watch Barnabas.

Why do you think the revival failed?

The gulf war pre-empted several episodes, and it was hard to keep up with as a result.

I wish i knew. I thought it was great. I hear a new movie is coming out with Johnny Depp. I hope he is smart enough to include some of the original cast.

I remember watching that show back in the day. I was around ten years old at the time. I don't remember seeing that scene and that Adrian Paul was in it. Wow, I need to watch this series over again.
